Product Description:

 

Internal composition of dense bus duct:

1. Conductive busbar: This is the main body of current transmission, usually made of high conductivity copper or aluminum materials, and the surface is plated with tin or other anti-corrosion treatments to enhance corrosion resistance.

2. Insulation material: wrapped around the conductive outer layer, is the key to ensuring electrical safety. Common methods include polyester film, polyvinyl chloride sleeve, or the use of epoxy resin powder coating as a whole to form a sturdy insulation layer.

3. Shell: Usually made of high-quality aluminum magnesium alloy or steel plate, it plays a role in mechanical protection, supporting internal structures, heat dissipation, and grounding.

4. Joint component: a component used to connect two sections of bus ducts, which is a concentrated manifestation of technical content. Usually includes insulation partitions, high-strength insulation bolts, and possible torque control techniques to ensure reliable connections and low contact resistance.

5. Plug in device and plug box: Plug in devices can be installed at specific positions on the busbar trunking, and electrical energy can be led to terminal equipment through the plug box, with flexible operation.

6. Fixed and supporting components: including spring supports, brackets, etc., used to firmly install the busbar trunking system on the building structure and compensate for length changes caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
