1. Safety: The shell of the power supply sliding contact line is made of high insulation performance engineering plastic. The protection level of the shell can reach IP13 or IP55 as needed, which can protect against rain, snow, and freezing attacks as well as contact with suspended objects. The product is tested under various environmental conditions. Good insulation performance, no harm to maintenance personnel touching the outside of the transmission conduit.

 

2. Reliable: The transmission guide rail has excellent conductivity, fast heat dissipation, high current density, low impedance value, and small line loss. The electric brush is made of metal graphite material with high conductivity and wear resistance. Single pole sliding contact wire, seamless sliding contact wire, flexible movement of the receiver, good directional performance, effectively controls contact arc and series arc phenomena.

 

3. Economy: The power supply sliding contact line device has a simple structure and uses copper bars with high current density, low resistivity, and low voltage loss as the conductive body. The collector and tube type sliding contact wire can save about 6% electricity, realizing the use of plastic instead of steel and copper. The design is novel, without the need for other insulation structures or compensation wires. It is installed on the same side of the crane control room, saving installation materials and costs. Its comprehensive cost is roughly the same as that of steel bare sliding wire.

 

4. Convenience: The power supply sliding contact line device integrates multiple levels of busbars into one conduit, making it easy to assemble. The fixed bracket, connecting clip, and suspension device are all supplied with universal parts, making assembly, disassembly, adjustment, and maintenance very convenient.
